Yoga Mediation Healing are a dedicated Yoga and Well-Being Centre in the Heart of the West End of Glasgow. We are located in a beautiful Georgian Townhouse, on Lansdowne Crescent, in the Kelvinbridge neighbourhood. Together they provide authentic, experienced and high quality teaching. They now offer daily Livestream Online Yoga Classes for you to enjoy from the comfort and safety of your home.
The varying yoga styles include Vinyasa, Hatha, Vinyasa Krama and Yin, along with Workshops, Events, Private One to One sessions, Corporate Well-being and Yoga in Schools. They provide a safe, quiet and nurturing space.

Description: An enlivening active vinyasa flow focused around the sun salutation and spinal mobility followed by long held yin poses to work into the hips, shoulders and spine. We slowly and mindfully work into our fascia to aid the mobility, hydration and health of our joints and connective tissues.

Description: Rest is an innate part of self- health and wellbeing. Deep conscious rest provides the mind and body with balance, peace, vitality and restoration. Rest is essential for self care and self preservation. This class will include restorative yoga, guided relaxation and meditation to soothe and unwind the mind, breath and body.
Yoga Meditation Healing offer Private One to One Yoga Lessons for students of all abilities and experiences of yoga, be that a complete beginner or for students who are already well-versed with the practice of yoga. We create individualised tailor-made lessons in consultation with our clients. Private yoga tuition is an excellent way to ensure that your individual needs are met in your yoga practice.
Wellbeing Online is an important part of our modern day living. At Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow we believe in supporting our community with a variety of Wellbeing Online Classes | Workshops. Description: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body and designed to improve your feeling of wellbeing and help release tensions and stresses within the physical body and mind.

Going to Paula’s classes are always the highlight of my week! Paula is so knowledgeable and friendly. She really makes everyone feel so welcome in her class and always tailors each pose to suit all ability levels, offering the chance to improve your practice through a more difficult variation of each pose. I can't recommend this studio highly enough. Not only a beautiful atmosphere to practice in but more importantly the instruction is top notch. Paula is professional, knowledgeable, very kind and supportive. No matter what.level you are at you are welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. The instruction is both accessible for all and there is a genuine commitment to support and develop your practice no matter your level.

I have been attending classes at Yoga Meditation Healing in Landsdowne Crescent for exactly 8 years, mostly with Pól but also with Paula and other teachers. The studio is excellent, very comfortable and well furnished and has been very well managed throughout the current/ongoing situation.
Both Pól and Paula have invested a great deal of time and effort in researching and extending their own knowledge and expertise in a wide range of yoga practices and techniques. Very importantly, they also take the time to get to know the needs of their students as well, making for a very personal experience

I have been attending Pol’s classes for a few months now and they are a highlight of my week. I hadn’t done yoga for a year and a half since having a baby and I have found that just a few months of classes has really helped to restore and strengthen my body. Before I attended, I was expecting it to be just a yoga class but Pol’s classes are much more profound, with a deeply spiritual and healing aspect. The practices differ each week in line with the nature’s rhythms, honouring one’s changing energy and resulting in a feeling of harmony and balance. This is also reflected in the meditations

I have been practicing yoga on and off for over 25 years and I have found Paula’s classes to be the most fulfilling.
Regardless of your limitations Paula will always have a variation to suit.
My flexibility and core strength have improved and the classes have had a major impact on my mental health especially during this pandemic.
