Awful. So many issues with the accomodation and no one there to listen to you, or help you when things go wrong. Pure incompetence and a genuinely worrying lack of care. Avoid this place unless you want to live in squalor and get blamed for all the issues.

They don't answer their phone lines but they're sitting talk about Eastenders in the office. I've been in the office, discreetly called their phone line and SEEN them ignore my calls. Uni 2 Rent provide places BUT after you've signed that contract and moved in, you're on your own. They keep saying it's the 'busiest time of the year' ... anyway. They're slow to reply to maintenance problems as well - I had no water (as in zero cold or hot water) and no wifi in my property for two days, approaching three. I was told 'it's a new property so we only find these issues when tenants move in' so indirectly

Extremely difficult agents. We moved into the property with a range of issues. Some issues were resolved quickly and others ignored for the year. After moving out in August, we received communication regarding deposits at the end of October. They charged us to fix all the issues that were present when we moved in, whilst I was able to get this sorted. My experience was that they’re extremely difficult and not good at responding. I would avoid these agents, and if you do use them take photos of everything and document all issues in writing.

SCAM - DO NOT RENT WITH UNI2RENT
If I could rate 0 stars I would. They waited 2 months to return our deposits, at which point they stated they withheld £1700 for the repainting of 6 walls and the replacement of 3 mattresses (which were dirty when we moved in).
I went back round to see the new tenants in the house and they confirmed that none of the repairs or replacements had been done - the walls were exactly the same, the mattresses were still stained etc. Also I had major leaks into my room from the bathroom above all year - they took months of calls and emails to fix it and finally only

1 star is a generous. Would give 0 if I could. We moved into an unclean, filthy, moldly, mice infested house which we accepted and documented.
Throughout the year we made the house into a much nicer state than we found it. And to our distgust we were charged over £1000 in cleaning and damages off of our deposit. We tried to contact hundreds of times, through email, phone calls, letters to then only have a generic apology saying that they were busy.
What a load of S***.
Because of this we couldn't dispute the charges and had to accept the amount propsosed or we lost the insurance policy on the

Seriously this company is terrible, unprofessional, and ignorant!
While in tenancy with them they routinely ignored out maintenance problems. It took us three months to get a new oven after calling and sending emails weekly.
We suffered intimidation tactics from our neighbours resulting in us having to call the police. After reporting all the events to Uni 2 Rent asking for some sort of security like a security camera no help was provided, and we were actively ignored.

Avoid if possible !!! The property rented was in a poor state when the keys were handed to the Tenants. All repairs and issues reported on inventory and video taken . Nothing much was done , the communication was abysmal . Repairs were ignored and refusal to replace faulty furniture . Telephone wasn’t answered and Mail box full , emails were not responded to. At the end of tenancy the tenants were slapped with a bill just short of 2000 , it appears the landlord / uni2rent were looking to refurbish at the expense of the tenants . This has been overturned thankfully by an independent adjudicator

Absolutely appalling students letting agency. My flat mates and I arrived to a messy property with over flowing bins and a dirty “garden” which we were left to sort. Around a month into our tenancy, our boiler broke due to a leak in the property. However, before someone had a look to identify it was a leak, we had multiple different maintenance men turn up on different occasions telling us we just had to pull down the pressure gage, treating us like naive students. I would not recommend Uni2 to any students renting whilst at university. During our final year my house mates and I visited a property in which problems were guaranteed to be sorted by the point of moving in. On the day of handover the problems had multiplied with the front door having a glass panel smashed in, beds having no base and being stuffed with card to compensate, holes punched in the walls and entire blinds missing from the window, as well as hygiene issues with bags of rubbish and glass thrown outside the front. My feedback will highlight the positives rather than any negatives as this is W I have had a Rocky experience with Uni2rent at the start as my property was a new build and lost all faith until I met Gabby! She is super quick to help me through anything and is my preferable point of contact. I can trust her with any problem I have and would highly demand she is recognised for her empathy, determination and understanding. Not a lot of people have this in the office but I can say she does!!!
