Services
Nottingham Student Lettings offers a special tenancy service to Landlords. We will find tenants for you, predominantly from the student population of Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University. Our service is very simple. We only require a one-off fee and for that we provide signed tenancy agreements, carry out a fully-written inventory and visit the property to take photographs.

Tried to enquire on the phone about a property, but the incorrect number was posted on Zoopla so when I eventually found the correct one on their website I called in and was rudely interrupted and told to call back tomorrow as they had closed (even though their website stated they were open for another hour). I informed them the incorrect contact details were posted on their Zoopla properties and I had been trying to get into with contact them for days. Again, was shut down and the person on the phone was incredibly blunt and unhelpful. I call back the next day to try again, and the same person

Student who rented a house for one year, under assured short hold tenancy contract.
There is a questionable £50 administration' fee charged with deposit. I cannot see why why scanning a few sheets of paper justifies £300 of admin costs across 6 tenants, apart from to take students' money.
Whilst living at the accommodation, issues with the house, such as broken lighting, furniture etc, were fixed promptly by a handyman. As long as you call during business hours, someone will pick up to address issues.
The property we rented was not professionally cleaned before our arrival. The steps were

As a parent they are very helpful and cooperative from the beginning even prepared to view during weekends unlike most agencies, all documents are clear and simple including the tenancy agreement, At the end of tenancy, after we left the apartment spotless, Mohammed was great, keeping is simple , no complication with deposit return etc All our dealing were with Mohammed who was excellent. Once again highly recommend

Just rented my first house through City Lettings. I was expecting this to be a stressful time for me but Charlotte made it so straight forward. All paperwork can be done online which made it easy with juggling a busy lifestyle. Collected my keys today and all office staff were very friendly.
