We will always have kits available for you to buy on your course, but to guarantee we have enough you can contact us to order in advance and then collect it from your trainer or from our venue in Balham. Completed the Paediatric First Aid 12-hour course. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive via email. The online course was very comprehension and user-friendly - I learnt 95% of the information on this. The in-person course was fun and well-tailored to the present day/your specific requirements. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to attend Emergency First Aid at Work on the 12th of November 2021, however, the next day after booking the course (on 23-10-2021), I received an email from the organizer stating the conditions and requirements. After careful reading, I decided to cancel my booking as I did not feel comfortable with the requirements, however, the organizer refused to issue me a full refund stating that I have never requested the cancellation as they have "double checked". Even though I cannot comment on the content of the course as I have never had attended it, I feel the organization around the course

Superb CPR/BLS course delivered for 6 of us which included clinicians & reception staff. Jenny was excellent- great balance of well simplified theoretical concepts & practical advice as well as good hands on practical element. Tailored the session effortlessly. Best CPR course I’ve attended since I qualified 17 years ago!

In my 35 year career I can honestly say this was the best first aid course I have attended! Really well presented and good delivery. Online work was essential to the course, providing more depth of knowledge but was easy to work through. The course was well designed and tweaked for individual professions. Paul, our trainer, was very engaging and kept everyone’s interest. The day flew by! Well worth booking!!

I attended a 3 hour emergency First Aid course extremely well delivered by Jenny. She covered so many topics and presented them in an easy to remember practical manner. She was also able to stimulate and answer several questions from the group around and on a tangent to the topic. I feel much more confident now.

Excellent course. Very easy to navigate and full of invaluable information and skills that everyone should have. My son did this for his Duke of Edinburgh Skills section and really enjoyed it. Modules to test you knowledge after topics and a certificate of achievement at the end. Emma completes the Assessor report too. Very well organised.

Our trainer, Paul, was very knowledgeable, and included all of us in the learning experience. We covered a lot of material and there was plenty of time to ask questions. Thoroughly enjoyed this First Aid course. The course was brilliant, not only did it take place in a air conditioned room on one of the hottest days of the month, but the course was very hands on with lots of opportunity to practice the life saving techniques. The course instructor Steve was truly exceptional, he communicated well, was very knowledgeable and interacted well with all the delegates. I would definitely use First Aid for Life again and again and am happy to recommend them.

I found this website online as I was looking for a first aid course for my son to do for his Duke of Edinburgh. I emailed Emma to ask about the online teenage first aid course. Emma was extremely helpful. My son did the course which taught him lots of new skills. It was very informative. I then contacted Emma again after quite some time had passed… as my son needed his certificate and couldn't remember his password. Emma sorted this for us over her weekend.
