Training the public in life saving, first aid and fire safety, training can be a big responsibility, but one our current trainers absolutely adore. We have a great team of first aid trainers who enjoy the challenge of teaching in different environments and to all different types of people. You are truly teaching people the skills to save lives.
Online training is classified as self-directed training, when a student learns on e-Learning platform. A virtual training is the one when you attend a live session over a conference video platform like Zoom. Also you can choose a blended option. The blended learning means that you complete a course using e-Learning platform and attend a course face to face with one of our instructors.
Our Emergency First Aid at Work training is a 1 day First Aid training course to ensure you feel confident enough to deal with any life-threatening First Aid emergency. The course is designed for those working in a low-risk environment and for the general public wishing to gain a new skill. 99% pass rate.
The 3 day First Aid at Work course is our most advanced First Aid course. It provides you with a comprehensive set of skills needed by any first aider at work. 3 days of practical, fun and interactive First Aid training. Gain the skills and qualification needed to be a First Aider on site. After successfully completing the course, you are provided with a certificate which is valid for 3 years.
The paediatric first aid online training course consists of 18 modules which covers infant and child first aid. Lessons, video, games, quizzes and more. Watch a short video how to book on the course and navigate through the e-Learning platform. This 6 hour Paediatric First Aid course is our most comprehensive paediatric first aid course.

I have done many first aid courses over the last 13 years with various different trainers, including SJA and I have to say this was the most informative and education course I have done till date. Had first aid training with Mick. Found the day event to be very informative and useful. A lot of practical exercises along with a good level of humour, Mick was able to keep our attention from start to finish.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering the course. Hopefully I will never have to use my new skills acquired but feel confident enough now should I ever need to.

We were lucky to have two course facilitators: One trainee psychotherapist and one doctor. Both of them were amazing facilitators. They were knowledgeable, excellent communicators, approachable and open about their own experiences. The course content was thorough, interesting, and well-paced. I would highly recommend the course.

Nicole was a great instructor, the content was varied and activities kept the group engaged, she was really informative and knew when we needed to take breaks! I feel much more confident now on how to approach someone who may be experience a Mental Health Crisis and I now know what the next steps are. Really excellent mental health first aid training - one of the best training courses I've ever done. I thought the trainer was superb and handled some very difficult topics with rare insight and sensitivity.. I also loved the no frills setting in a courtyard behind a pub nestled in with lots of other interesting enterprises. Highly recommended and excellent value for money

I had Fire Marshall Training this morning at Old Street. I was very impressed with the trainer ( a real fire fighter from Manchester ) apologies I've forgotten his name.
He made everything very easy to understand and answered all of our questions. I feel a lot more confident in my Fire Warden role and I would highly recommend our trainer and Siren Training.
