London Training Centre

Where do I even begin with this so-called "training" company? My/ Our experience was an absolute disaster. Me and my colleagues booked a Level 3 Health and Safety in the Workplace course in August 2023 (it’s now Dec 2023) with high hopes, and it ends with nothing but regret.
Firstly, the communication was abysmal. Emails were ignored, and phone calls were met with unhelpful responses and empty promises. It felt like they had no interest in actually helping their customer who paid in full beforehand and now I know why.
The instructor was not good enough. They were just reading off the presentation like a newsreader. Boring. Even more unbelievably, day 2, I got a TEXT in morning from the Trainer, not London Training Centre, saying they were sick “due to hay fever” and needed to reschedule and the exam papers hadn’t arrived
To add insult to injury, certificates took forever (2 months!). Crumpled.
There is so much more to say about this and what happened but I’m too fuming to bother

Found this course which I believe was the cheapest around my area. Was concise and clear. Would definitely recommend.

The course was very good and the instructor made it very easy to understand all the information required not only to pass the test but to understand the consequences and reason for why understanding of health and safety is important in the workplace

The professionalism and most of it the easy way of communicating from the teacher was very pleasant during the course I took. It helped me understand all throughoutly and very clearly.

I had my CSCS health and safety course with them and I found them professional and friendly staff of the centre specially Tanzin who was helpful with understand the contents of the course.

I have used their services to get my CSCS card - their full package. From the first time I contacted them over the phone, a lady called Tamzin was very helpful in answering my questions.
Instructions prior to course/tests was then sent over and very clear.
During the course/tests day, the building was easy enough to find, their customer services were excellent from the receptionist (even though it was his first day) to the trainer.
In regard to course delivery and instructions I can't fault them either. The trainer was very thorough.
The only little negative was that there was a lot of waiting
