A to E Training & Solutions Ltd was founded by three colleagues (nurse, paramedic, and doctor) who were active in the health service and who saw a gap in the provision of emergency life support and medical emergencies training. This field is not regulated and it is clear that there was a wide range of providers in the market delivering training of various quality.
We have now developed the company and are providing a range of training programmes and emergency life support infrastructure. Our clients include NHS hospitals; private clinics; general and dental practitioners; office environments and most recently overseas provision. The business ethos is to provide training using recognised teaching methodology for life support training with instructors who are still clinically credible.

Services
The demographics of our customer base is extremely broad. They range from healthcare providers who have a duty to be able to initiate life saving treatment to lay public who feel that they want to have the skills and knowledge to respond in the event they encounter an emergency situation either at home or work.
With support and supervision undertake the role of a clinical member of the resuscitation team at contracted sites where agreed. To maintain and develop links internally, within clinical networks and nationally which enhance the delivery of resuscitation.

A very big thank-you for taking the time to come to Leicestershire and provide our annual CPR training. Great presentation and interaction, very hands on session which was thoroughly enjoyed by all! We all came away feeling far more confident in CPR and medical emergencies so definitely learnt something.
We pride ourselves as an organisation that all the training programmes delivered by us are done so by trainers with real world experience of the subject matter. All of our trainers are instructors in national life support disciplines. The directors of the company represent a broad spectrum of healthcare delivery, nursing, medicine and pre hospital care.
We are able to develop and run resuscitation simulation exercises for organisations that require these as part of the regulatory process. These services will also ensure compliance with the National Minimum Care Standards and meet the requirements made by the Healthcare Commission assessment managers.

I have just finished my Eals at A to E for the second time and I can honestly say that the knowledge and teaching methods were the best that I have ever had on an ALS. The faculty were friendly, experienced and excellent at bringing out the best in all candidates,being honest with the feedback that they gave you .Most importantly they taught you the non technical skills that other Faculties have failed to cover.I came away with an enhanced understanding and knowledge of the coarse and a renewed confidence to take what I have learnt into my workplace. I will be sharing this with my work colleagues

I did an ILS course with A to E training in June and the course itself was fine and the instructor was very good. However, after a month I still did not have the certificate and I got in contact with the company. I was told they have a 4 week turnaround with the certificates (not sure how it takes a month to get a certificate).
I waited for two more weeks and chased the missing certificate only to receive a blank email with the certificate attached electronically. I have never waited for 6 weeks to get ILS certificate and not even receive any explanation. I would've probably waited weeks more
