During the Corvid-19 outbreak we are following government and SafeAgent recommendations. The office is now open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but closed on Saturday. We still have tenants in receipt of Housing Benefits administered by the Local Authority, but these are gradually being migrated to Universal Credit. Most tenants on benefits now receive Universal Credit from the Department of Works and Pensions. Universal Credit is being rolled out across the UK, and here in the North West we have been dealing with it for 5 years.

RPC have been brilliant with our tenants, giving each person a chance to obtain rented accommodation without having to get fee's up front. Their properties are lovely, clean and a wonderful starting point for people who have to begin again.
They have been professional, compassionate and very helpful and honest and it is a pleasure working with them.
