Laura and the team at DPM have been looking after our property for over 12 months. As I live away I have to relay on them to look after both the property and the tenants in my absence. We have been with DPM for about 12 months now. We recently had an issue with the gate at the rear of the property. After contacting DPM we received a very quick response from Laura, who immediately informed her maintenance team about the problem. They got in touch and the gate was repaired within a couple of days of us reporting it. So a huge thank you to Laura and her team for being very professional and responsive in resolving this issue.

I recently moved to the North West from Essex which was a big move in itself but could have been more difficult with the current situation. Laura and the team took care of everything for me; arranging COVID secure viewings, great customer service and a straightforward process to getting my tenancy up and running. Collected the keys in a matter of minutes on move day and helped liaise with the landlord about some additional adjustments to the property.
