From our established Manchester City Centre and Bury offices, we service Greater Manchester and a wide portfolio across the North West.
We are experienced in the preparation of condition surveys for both residential and commercial. We offer clients a comprehensive range of landlord and tenant services for individual properties and portfolios. This is a significant tax on non-domestic properties for both the landlord and tenant and continues to be a very complex.
We provide well researched and robust expert witness reports for a wide range of property disputes, from valuation issues to boundary disputes. Our surveyors have been trained by the RICS and have specialist qualifications and accreditation for the preparation of expert witness evidence. We are used to providing Single Joint Expert reports and are frequently instructed by litigation lawyers involved in family and business disputes.
We offer clients a comprehensive range of landlord and tenant services for individual properties and portfolios. Acting for both landlords and tenants across the North West, we have the capability to take care of rent reviews, lease renewals, lease negotiations and other disputes.
