Leonard was appointed Managing Director of RPI in 1994. He joined the business to replace the outgoing incumbent surveyor, before shortly after taking over the overall management of the business. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, Leonard identifies and completes all investments and trading activities of the business.
We pride ourselves on a relationship throughout the life cycle of the property, and ensure that agents are retained for any subsequent fees administered throughout our ownership of the asset. We welcome all introductions by non-retained agents and are willing to pay fees on a per deal basis.
