We understand the importance of maintaining communal buildings and estates. We help our clients structure a suitable maintenance plan and ensure that suppliers are managed closely. Our I.T. system has been developed specifically to manage and measure supplier performance 'real time' and in accordance to each specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Highly incompetent staff, completely ignoring us to the point it’s shocking. Received all payments from all parties requested to fix a hole in the roof (caused due to poor roof works previously conducted). It’s been over a month since the hole developed and has been pouring water into our flat every time it rains. For a month we’ve had buckets collecting rain which is worsening the damage. Still no signs of promised roofers. When they want your money they’re all over you but it’s a one way street with these cowboys.

I own a flat in a development managed by Block Property Management and having agreed a sale in May of this year I instructed my solicitor in the matter, below is a timeline of her efforts to obtain information from the company :
18th May – our first letter to Block Property Management requesting their fees and received their reply 25th May.
2nd June payment was sent by faster payment to Block Property.
7th June e-mail from them confirming task reference after we had e-mailed saying payment on way.
26th June replied saying pack sent on 10th June but did not receive so I e-mailed back same

This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, not even just management companies, any company. I own a flat where the block is managed by Block Property and I've had so many issues with them. To take you through a normal interaction with this company it goes like this:
1. You ring with an issue, big or small and they don't answer. I think I've spoken to someone once the first try once.

Block Management have been looking after our block of flats in Didsbury since 2017 and they have done a fantastic job, we were exposed when one of our flat owners suddenly passed away and he was an Accountant who ran the management company neither I or my fellow director had any experience of running a management company, Block Management stepped in and since then has done a magnificent job.

I tried to retract my statement written 2 months ago, for some reason I must have done something wrong. Just to let you know the chief executive rang me before Xmas and was able to deal with my concerns. Thanks also to the staff involved by making me feel I'm not on my own in my current situation.

We appointed Block Property Management after having huge issues with our previous management company.
Mark was recommended to us by other leaseholders living in residential developments. From the outset they were helpful, professional, diligent and ensured a smooth transition between management companies.
They were able to budget for services both required and requested by all residents at a reasonable rate. They also make regular visits to the development to 'check-in' and action anything urgent.
I recently sold my property and they (Mark and Kath especially) went above and beyond to assist

I wanted to edit my original review in light of the past couple of days, the issue of my unpaid invoice has now been resolved by the owner himself who sorted it out really quickly. It should never have taken so long to get this sorted out though, the whole situation has been frustrating and stressful to say the least. I would say going forward that block management need to work on their communication skills so this kind of thing doesn't happen again as its avoidable

This company should not be in business as they do not even attempt to manage and maintain the apartment block, where we own a flat. The whole development is in need of maintenance both internally and externally and they receive a substantial monthly management fee so no excuses.
