Avoid this rogue agent at any cost. This is a one man band who should not be in business. Also if you are tired of trying to contact him and never being answered, let him know you have found another agent and watch how suddenly he becomes available

I have no hot water, I have a baby and when I try to ring to get it fixed, they hang up and When I try to ring back no answer. I will not use this estate agent again. #angry face.

I've always found them helpful, I was a first time tennant when I first enquired about a property with them and they were very helpful in getting over my lack of references which all the other agents seemed to make a big deal of. I would definitely recommend and would use them again
