Complete Property Management have been the management agents for the Tobacco Factory in the centre of Manchester since 2006. At the time they took over, there were many problems with the state of the building, the quality of service residents received, and a large amount of service charge arrears. These problems had been brought about by the poor performance of the previous management agents.
We are a Managing Agent who works alongside the Management Company. We work with the Residents Committee, Developers and Board Members (where applicable) to manage developments in accordance with government legislation and your lease. Shocking bunch of money-grabbing amateurs. Zero respect or concern for the people they allegedly 'serve'. Don't answer emails if they are 'troublesome' to them but are quick to send out diactic, authoritarian, haranguing emails to their 'clients' when it suits them, bullying and threatening.

Since Complete took over, we have been hugely impressed by its proactive approach. Remedial work to buildings is identified and done, the chaotic (and unsightly) waste system has been tackled; drainage issues and car parking problems are sorted. Staff are very approachable and happy to help. Communication is excellent, so we always know what’s going on and when. The previous incumbent did nothing but the gardens, as far as I could see. Complete really has breathed a breath of fresh air into the place. Top marks from me.

I have known and worked with members of the Complete team for over five years being a flat owner and director of a block of flats.
In that time they have always stepped up being sympathetic and supportive to an issue and perhaps more importantly resolving any issues speedily. They have also offered timely advice which has enabled residents to act in a proactive rather than reactive way. unbelievable speedy response when recently selling a flat in one of their apartment blocks - needed upto date information - received it within a few hours - when we bought the flat took 5months to get information!! since they took over three years ago the full health and safety protocol are in place - they weren't before - really really good service

Manage our block of flats and always found them to be professional and helpful. More importantly, they respond quickly to any queries. I like the way as a landlord, you are allowed to get involved in budget review meetings and have a say as to where the money should be spent with regards to improvements to the site and building. The owner, Darren, is approachable and welcomes these discussions when we meet up every 6-12 months.

I've owned a property in a building managed by Complete for nearly 8 years. Everyone who has lived in the flat has commented on how clean, well managed and secure the building is.
