Services
We offer a home from home service and treat your pets as though they were our own. Surrounded by woodlands, countryside and open fields we are able to offer short and long walks. We are also a part of the National Trust and can take your pets with us on our family outings. During the summer we head over to pet friendly beaches for a dip in the sea and play ball on the sand.

Lucy was an absolute superstar from start to finish of our first (of hopefully many) dog boarding experience with her!
We came to Lucy after having a bad experience with another dog boarder. Our dog, Bella, was very anxious as she had never stayed overnight at someone else's home before, and her last "trial" experience had left her even more worried!

After being recommended Reptails I made contact for a very last minute session and Lucy squeezed me and my 14 week old pup in.
I definitely made the best decision! Millie has absolutely loved her day and I've… loved getting regular updates. I missed Millie but I didn't worry as I knew she was in such good hands.
I love how welcoming Lucy is and how it really is home from home which made dropping Millie off so much easier.
We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend! 💕💕

I’ve never before seen someone care for family pets as much as Lucy does. Her care is second to none and all of the pooches she looks after are welcomed like her own. Lucy gives great communication to customers and updates. I would recommend Reptails every time. Such a great quality and valued service!

Nellie (17 week old cockapoo) has just been on her 1st stay for 3 nights and I can't thank Lucy enough for looking after Nellie and giving her a loving home from home. She's slept most of the day all the fun playing with the other dogs has worn her out. She's come home happy. Lucy sent daily updates with how Nellie was.

I have one exhausted pooch! Had his first sleepover at Reptails and got to spend the whole night with his best friend Paul. Oscar absolutely loves going to reptails he always has the greatest time and always… makes me feel guilty for picking him up to take home 😂 He’s definitely all tuckered out, done nothing but sleep since he got home 😴 10/10 would recommend Reptails for anyone who wants their pooch to feel 100% comfortable and at home when they are there. Oscars been going for over a year now and absolutely loves it and gets excited every single time we take him

We have just returned from a week’s holiday and Cody stayed here for 8 nights! At first I was so nervous about leaving as he is only 11 months and this is the first time we were leaving him. I had absolutely… nothing to worry about. Lucy updated us with photos and some videos and you wouldn’t even know it wasn’t his home! He deffo made himself comfortable and showed Paul who was boss haha! Lucy and Chris are wonderful with dogs and their own dog Paul is such a lovely dog to accompany your dog with play time! We will be booking Cody in for doggy day care as the relationship
