After my mum had such a terrible stroke which left her paralyzed down one side she wasn't able to do anything for herself. She received such wonderful care at Brooklands until her final days. All the staff were so kind and caring and gave my mum the attention she needed. I would just like to say a big thank you to you all for all the care that you gave her.

A pleasant enough building in a peaceful location but some of the staff treat the residents in an absolutely awful manor.
Manageress Shield made decisions for her own personal gain and against the wishes of solicitors and a resident in their care.

We have had more than a year associated with Brooklands when they have been caring for a very elderly father and father in law. It is very difficult to find any fault at all during this time. Led by a very competent and caring manager there is a most friendly cooperative and helpful atmosphere overlaced with an unfailing sense of happiness and contentment in what could be the opposite as experienced elsewhere.
The ultimate test is whether we ourselves would wish to spend time there should the need ever arise in the very distant future and the resounding answer must be yes.
