Based at The Rapids in Romsey, Hampshire, we provide bespoke training, lifestyle coaching and corrective exercise for clients focused on achieving pain free movement, optimising their performance in sport or at work and creating that positive change for life.

We assess our clients' movement, posture, strength, lifestyle and stress levels in order to create tailored personalised exercise programmes, metabolically typed nutrition and lifestyle management strategies that get not only results but achieve better quality of life.Clients work with us on a one to one basis in Romsey, in small groups at The Rapids, Romsey or at their business premises.

We live in a fast paced, results driven society that often leaves us feeling sick and tired. Starting an exercise programme or gaining the body of your dreams becomes harder to focus on when your energy levels and motivation are already low. We don't believe in quick fixes, but helping our clients understand how their choices impact on their health, vitality and wellbeing.
Our Optimum Performance programme is where it all comes together for athletes and clients who are interested in the detail of optimum personalisation.

Optimum Performance clients are interested in improving their sports performance, they are work executives who want to stay ahead, injured individuals who want to get back to functional pain free movement and every day people wanting to prevent injury, beat burn-out and stay energetic and efficient throughout the day.
When we coach clients towards Optimum Movement, we seek to enhance all aspects of their function. We use comprehensive assessment strategies to identify weak links which then helps to create unique and individualised corrective exercise and performance training plans. Red Flag Identification (these are contraindications to exercise - know which exercises will make things worse).
Optimum Conditioning programmes involves the implementation of proven scientific principles for toning, shaping and building lean muscle tissue while reducing bodyfat. Ideal for shaping up for an event or party, toning for the beach or regaining your body after having a baby.

Depending on your ability we will use sport specific conditioning principles from our sports coaching backgrounds to help you vary your Cardiovascular training and combine this with pure toning and strength training or functional movement training to condition your body.Our combined knowledge ensures all the hard work that you put in can be applied correctly and will pay off.

Andy is an incredible professional and knowledgeable trainer, his skill is genuine and delivered in a very approachable manner , he put me at ease immediately.
