Stayed here for 2 years. Overall very convenient especially for incoming students (you really don’t need to go to viewing and just trust them etc). The reception staff are mostly very friendly, but specifically Bill and Dave are amazing. They made these 2 years significantly better. The management team (Peter and Arpad) are very supportive whenever you need help.

Decent accommodation but a problem with people smoking outside, particularly accommodation staff, i.e. they can't even follow their own policies and Imperial campus policies. As someone with Asthma, one of my reasons for booking here was so that I wouldn't inhale secondhand smoke just from leaving/entering the building.
Other than this, it is not bad and people tend to be friendly. The gym isn't currently open due to COVID. Maintenance issues can be submitted through an app and the maintenance team have been great and solved any faults.

Although being recommended to Imperial post grads, not the ideal place for students campus based at main campus. limited amount of shuttle bus service available, advertised commuting time is half amount of what it takes in reality. A lot of problems getting to school! Dreadful laundry service. Some wifi issues. Rather desolate location, but if you like quiet and emptiness, thats fine. Get ready for a couple nights of fire alarm set offs! Probably the only good thing about it is its still within walking distance to a shopping mall! You'll be finding very limited amount of social activities carried

I am a master students from imperial college hammersmith campus. for this apartment iahve to say everything here is great: nice price good facility and a very very very nice receiption. It helps me a lot. A nice place for foreign students. There is one more thing, i have to return my room today but the receiption provide me one more day,cause i write my thesis for the whole night.

Great place overall. Moved here as a graduate student for one year from September 2018 - September 2019. No problems, and if there were any, they would be fixed quickly and effectively. Good management team, especially Peter, considering this houses many different people from all parts of life. Would recommend to others. Strong wifi, great facilities to chat and 100% safe (I need to tap my card in 3 separate locations to end up in my room).
