I have designed classes specifically to focus on these conditions, helping you to calm your mind, remove negative thoughts and deal with pressure and anxiety when things get difficult. Come and join us to boost your mood; combating depression naturally by focusing on your body and mind to release tension, reduce stress, anxiety depression and pain.

You will be given tools to reduce or prevent these disorders from recurring. We also offer private one-to-one sessions which can be carried out at our salon or in your own home, place of work or at another venue. Practising Hatha Yoga improves overall well-being through realigning the whole system and bringing about physical and mental balance.

During these challenging times, we are again offering online classes. We hope this will be a good way to keep up - or begin - your yoga practice as well as for us to keep in touch with you. The positive benefits of yoga are more important now than ever, aiding physical and mental well-being. The benefits of Gravity Yoga include increased flexibility, reduced stress and improved posture.
Hatha Yoga in its purest form with no innovations can provide many benefits. There is a reason that Yoga has survived for thousands of years, because it is a profoundly powerful practice. It was developed by wise beings who walked this earth thousands of years ago. Gurus continued on with the ancient practice of Yoga.
Chair yoga is accessible for all including seniors and those who lack mobility or who have received recent injuries. These classes are kind and gentle, ideal for seniors. You will reduce the risk of falls by strengthening your muscles. You will also boost your mood while relieving stress and anxiety.
Gravity Yoga is a mat based, targeted mobility training method that helps you with your stiff back, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly. Classes are designed for all levels, including beginner.
We'll also focus on alignment and the benefits of each asana, plus the opportunity to discuss progression and ask questions. Muscle tightening can often be a cause pain. In yoga we can teach you how to strengthen the body and as a result stabilise the movement. Often misalignment and injuries can happen because there isn't enough strength to stabilise the body.

Seems like the majority of instructors at Yogaworks give you only verbal cues just walking around the room. Pretty much no demonstrations that I have never been to yoga studios like that before.

The classes here tend to be very crowded and incoming students are very noisy. In the summers, the room can be stifling- extremely hot. If that’s not your thing, try another studio. I have found afternoon classes less busy but every other time I go here over the years, I think- never again. Clearly some people must love it and I’ll leave it to them.

The welcoming was very disappointing... nothing like yogaworks in Soho, NYC. The hostess was hostile, not smiling... I ended up doing yoga somewhere else :-)

I took a 2/3 flow class substituted by Petra and loved the speed and intensity of the class. She's a great teacher. It wasn't too hard or too easy and she's got awesome music!

No problem with the 4:15pm class on Friday or the teacher. The problem is with the front desk. 2 staff who are not efficient. I gave them my card to charge for the class and 2 hours after they didn't do anything. They were sitting & did absolutely nothing!!! They're not competent for the job. So slow & inefficient.

Was in town for two weeks and tried two yoga centers. This was my least favorite. Pretty crowded and charges for mat rental on top of the already pricey yoga. Warning to pita people and others who like cooler air during practice: the room gets Bikram hot and sweaty, especially in the evening classes when there are more people.
