Used City Centre Car Care to replace a broken door handle on our VW Golf. Having had no help whatsoever from our hopeless local VW dealer who charged 75 pounds just to look at it and then couldn't give us a quote without 'further diagnosis' we tried this place instead. From start to finish they were professional and efficient and were able to work out what was required from photos and the some basic details about the vehicle. The estimate cost us nothing. City Centre Car Care were brilliant from the initial contact, collection, repair and returning my Jaguar to my home after my car was hit while stationary by another driver. The front of my car was damaged which required new panels, grill and bonnet repairs and paint spray. I also asked for additional paint chip repairs which I paid for separately. They dealt with the other drivers insurance company directly.
When I received my car back the repairs were fantastic as was the repairs to my paint chips. I could not see where the repairs had been done as my car looked like new. They even cleaned both

Following an incident where my Audi RSQ3 was hit whilst parked and unoccupied (get yourself a dashcam, saved me ££££!), the designated Audi approved body repairer for my insurer, NFU, was City Centre Car Care Ltd. Initial contact was with 'Tom' who was clearly a car enthusiast and recognised another in myself, car was collected, assessed, insurance repair was authorised and work started promptly. 'Lisa' kept me updated of progress both by phone and via the NFU Repair Hub web site, and half way through the process I asked to see the repair-in-progress which was facilitated by Tom, it was clear

My car went to this garage for repair after an accident . The customer service , especially from Lisa and Steve was second to none and they both made such a stressful time so much more bearable .
Communication was excellent and to receive such good customer service is really appreciated .
The workmanship on the car was also fabulous .

I was the unfortunate victim of car park carelessness. The result being an unsightly dent in my drivers door which was clearly the result of a door being swung against it. I did what i thought was the sensible approach and looked for my nearest VW approved body shop. I was unlucky to be hit by another car in a collision that wasn't my fault. What was lucky was that a friend suggested getting a quote from City Centre Car Care.
