They were very good on inspection of my vehicle took all the details and photos of the accident still waiting on them to call and get my car in for repair .

Not helpful, totally well over priced damage to our van, one panel damage rear light smash,, told us it was going to cost over £10,000 to fix, result our van was a right off with insurance, not happy at all can not justify that.

Went 2 weeks ago to get a quote for a repair to my car. After 15mins an assessor came out to look and told me it would be about £600 = Vat. We told him that it was fine and to send me a quote to give to the person that had caused the damage and has agreed to pay. He told us that it wasn't possible because a quote is difficult to do and is chargeable, but he could email it us instead. He had no pen/paper with him, so we wrote the details down for him. 2 weeks and 2 phone calls later - no quote!

Walked in and receptionist let me stand there for ten minutes like a lemon before she greeted me, then courtesy car wasn't available so had to re-book. Out of 'courtesy' they said they'd pick up my car from home and leave courtesy car, rearranged work and waited in all day, not a soul turned up or phoned, so I phoned and they said 'Oh we've got you down to drop your car to us at 11am' Blood is absolutely boiling by this point!!! Repair was done but bumper not lined up properly and an extra scuff appeared on my door!! Would I use again? I would rather drive 30 miles in the opposite direction than

I would just like to thank all the staff at Impact repairs for a fantastic repair to my minibus. yes I waited a little longer than expected but this is not always the repairers fault, waiting for parts and authorisation from insurance companies etc. The wait was well worth it. How people can give 1 star stating they had to wait a time but praise the workmanship is beyond me. thank you again.

The repairs were great and the car was given a full valet afterwards. However, It was very difficult getting a courtesy car. I requested a call back from the garage when the repairs were approved by the insurance company but no one called. I chased it up a few times and ended up going 2 weeks without a vehicle. This really let them down because the mechanics did a fantastic job.

If I could rate these as 0 stars I would.
Their services was terrible. First they take your car and give no indication on when they'd contact you. Then when you ring them to get more information the one receptionist treats you with utter contempt as if you are interrupting their day. Fortunately the other receptionist is a bit more sympathetic, but still they appear to not communicate within their team.
First my insurance company sent emails which they didn't read, so my car wasn't signed off to be fixed and I had to chase it up with both companies (the insurance company was very helpful in this
