Fake finance company..someone used name of my father n used the credit card 💳 for almost 8 years we did not have any idea also about it when we check the cibil score then we got to know about n got one random cl from cibil office to pay the money. there is no guarantee we will get any NOC from it.

They would call you up saying that they are from CIBIL. Basically this company buys bad loans from other companies and tries to recover money . In my case, I already received a settlement letter from Barclays Bank in 2010 and they moved out of India. Now these thugs are calling me since 2011. That's so illegal. More illegal than banks selling personal loans in India.

I have paid all the loan EMIs through ECS mode. after several years completing the full tenure loan these goons called up and harassed to settle the balance . They screwed up my CIBIL and other scores with bogus outstanding payment loan balance.

These people are calling from no where to clear the dues of unknown credit card showing in my father's cibil and they also filed case in police and the police is also calling me to clear the dues otherwise i will receive a warrant and penalty of.1 lac rupees

Worst company. I don't even know its name. This company issued a credit card on my name and is billing some amount since then every month, which I don't even know. Never called. Now it started damaging my score. Not sure, where these entries are coming on my cibil.

Hi All,
My name is suryakant shinde.
I was holding an ABN credit card, since long back, yesterday i had received a call from "Phoenix arc" Company employee name Santosh Kulkarni or Giri and Amit Sonavane i don't know if this is their real names.
They asked me to pay first 10 thousand to settle the account, i agreed then again they called to pay 31950.00 to full and final settlement in which i will be getting letter, I pay through net banking, now they are saying i have to pay rest 40 thousand immediately,
They are calling to my Bosses and organization where I work and harassing them asking
