I have never dealt with such unprofessional people over the phone, they take zero ownership of their mistakes instead look for excuses trying to make me feel I’d done something wrong! The manager wasn’t any better she had opinion before listening to full facts, silent pauses with me asking “are u still listening” to be told I have an attitude! Iv got the call recorded, in my 35 years of working in customer service at senior level I have NEVER heard such unprofessionalism at management level. I decided to research this garage and from reading the reviews the issues ppl experience are not

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Reception are SO unprofessional and make you feel like you’re being awkward when you’re just asking a question or trying to understand something and never pass on messages or call back. They act professional but they’re cowboys. The technicians aren’t trained enough to fix the latest 21 plate vehicles and can’t even hear a clear wheel bearing. Complained to the manager Paul who was so condescending, makes you feel emotionally charged as if he’s never wrong and you are being awkward. Never called back at all even though I told him my car was still

The team repaired my car after a non fault accident. I had a hassle free experience, was kept updated throughout the whole process. My car was ready within a couple of weeks, repaired to an outstanding standard, looked brand new, like it just come out the Range Rover Garage. The team was was really professional. A really professional hassle free experience. After a non fault accident my car had major damage to the tailgate and boot. I was provided a courtesy car and was told the car would be repaired in 5 days. The car was ready on time and I cant tell its been repaired. The vehicle was valeted and looked fantastic.!!

I recently had my Audi Q5 repaired here and I am really impressed with the work they do here. I was so upset when my brand new car which I only had for 6 months was hit by an uninsured driver, I actually cried. When I went to Warley Car Clinic to collect my car I could not beleive my eyes. The car looked like it did when I went to the dealership to collect it - it was like brand new and the service they gave me was second to none. I basically felt like I was collecting a brand new car again. The staff are true professionals and the best at what they do. Cannot compliment them enough, thank you

Amazing job done from Warley Car Clinic. The handover was easy, simple and professional. Courtesy car was great too! They gave me an estimated date of when it would be completed, so was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a day earlier than expected to say car was ready and offered to deliver it to my home.
When I saw the repair on my car I couldn’t believe how good it looked. Nearly forgot which side the accident was on it was so good!
Overall would definitely be recommending this place to my friends and will be coming back in the future if needed! Thanks Warley Car Clinic!

Under promise and over deliver - This is how it should be done!
I had an accident in my car where I hit a curb and smashed the wheel back into the arch damaging all the suspension components, wheel and wheel arch causing the car to be totally undriveable.
I was recovered by my insurance company who took me to Warley Car Clinic and I've got to say the experience has been great.
They booked my car in, provided me with a brand new 68 plate Ford Fiesta Courtesy Car and then sent the estimate over to the insurance company the same day as they said they would do.
I called and asked for an update

I recently had my BMW repaired here (as they came recommended being a BMW approved repairer).
I was surprised how state of the art the workshop really is.
I managed to take a quick photo during my visit and the firm more than exceeded my expectation when returning the vehicle to me.
I would like to thank the team for returning my vehicle in such pristine condition and really appreciate the valet to the car!
