We are a family run boarding kennels and cattery, established for over 25 years, catering for all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. We provide warm and comfortable bedding for all our our guests free of charge. You are also more than welcome to bring your own bedding from home, we'll make sure it's nice and clean before our guests go home.
If you'd prefer us to come and pick up or drop off your pets, just let us know during your booking and we can organise collection at a time that is convenient for you. We have multiple family sharing kennels, and one extra large kennel, with a huge amount outdoor space available. In the unlikely event of one of our guests becoming ill, we have a veterinary service on-call 24/7.

Critical: Professionalism
I booked my 2 x dogs in for 6 hours on arrival Iwaited for ages before a man stumbled out of a shed he was extremely rude, and unhelpful after a heated discussion about how many dogs I had booked. I put my dogs back in the car. Awful service can't believe people would leave their animals with him.

I used Old Harlow Boarding Kennels for the first time with my 4 year old rescue dogue Bella. I was really worried about leaving her because we had the holiday booked before we rehomed her and I really wasn’t sure how she would react. However, I was able to phone the kennels every day and was kept up to date with her eating at toilet habits. This kept me reassured (whilst in lockdown in Spain!). I would recommend them as being a good and helpful boarding kennels. We don’t plan to fly away again anytime soon but if we did, we would use OHBH! Thank you to the staff for looking after our baby girl

I have left my cats here a couple of times now, and will be making more bookings in the future. The location is nice & the staff are friendly and helpful. The cattery has all the essentials including beds, bowls etc and a cat flap to the outdoors (my cats are indoor cats so they get spoilt when they stay here and have their own patio!) Highly recommend xx

It's a shame to say my dogs will not be going back to the kennels. They stayed there for 2 days and when I picked them up they badly needed a toilet (I can tell as a dog owner when my dogs are busting). Both of my dogs did not look fed. Also no other dogs were put out in the green space other than the workers dogs.
We was only expecting them to be in there 1 day (24hours) but me and partner got caught up and had to contact them on short notice and asked if can pick up a couple of hours after expected time and got told no even though somebody would have been there. Prices have varied from £20

My dogs were left for four days.
Both have now got kennel cough. The kennels are filthy.
When the dogs were collected I was told most of the dogs had caught it.
One dog has lost over a kilo in weight.
The vet has put both dogs on antibiotics and anti inflammatories.
I would never use these kennels again.
I could not post a review with putting a star in the rating.
I wouldn't give it any stars at all, it should be completely shut down.
