We now offer both one to one training and residential training whilst your dog boards with us. Please see website. We exercise our dogs at least three times a day. The site is located in five acres of land and surrounded by beautiful Essex countryside, there is a large secure paddock area where the dogs are exercised.
We aim to provide a quiet calm atmosphere in the kennels so they can have a stress free stay. Work is in progress to build secure exercise pens to increase the time the dogs spend out of the kennels exercised off the lead. We are really proud of our new cattery, it is situated away from the kennel block there is plenty of wildlife for the cats to look at and we aim to give individual attention and affection to the cats whilst they stay with us.

The staff have been retained so the regular clients will still have the same excellent relationship with the team, and your pets will continue to be cared for by them. Tim has over 26 years of experience in both working and training dogs.

We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer, although we will be accepting card payments in the near future. A 50% deposit is requested on peak season bookings. All other payments can be made before boarding dates, or on day of drop off or collection.

I went for my (and the Dog's) first training session with Tim at the start of October. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about dog training and was immediately able to advise where I had been going wrong. Following his advice, I noticed a change in the on-lead behaviour straight away. I look forward to working with him again in future.

We left our lovely Nardo with Bushmoor residential training for a week, Nardo came back with the knowledge of nicely loose lead walking, greeting dogs and more.We needed the training for him pulling. This has worked for our Nardo consistent is all we need to keep up. However I am very pleased with how Bushmoor cared for Nardo and the training they did with him, it put my mind at ease with the updates we got every day. I will be doing sessions to keep up with the training. 100% recommend Bushmoor kennels.

We have left our doggy with bushmoor kennels twice now, and both times have been super and easy service. Our doggy wags his tail at the sight of the workers and doesn't seem too sad to be leaving us.
Additionally, the staff upload videos and pictures of your pet on their Facebook page so you can keep an eye on them and see what they are up to!
I definitely recommend!

I’m a retired Metropolitan Police Dog Handler, having been a Handler for 15 years . I cannot recommend Bushmoor Kennels enough. The staff are fantastic, and extremely passionate about the dogs and cats under their care. The facilities are incredible, and most importantly the animals are excersised daily, something a lot of kennels don’t do. I will only ever kennel my retired police dogs at Bushmoor. Thank you so much. I will not hesitate to recommend your services .

The best kennel I've ever used by a long shot!!!! Staff were so attentive and gave my boys more exercise than most kennels for no extra price. I could tell my dogs were happy with the staff and comfortable and they came back smelling fantastic. Bushmore have honestly taken away any issues I had about leaving my dogs in kennels as I know they will be so well cared for. I will never use anywhere else now :)
