I am Philippa Munday. I used to be a veterinary nurse and in 2003 I realised my ambition to own a Kennels and Cattery. Since then I have had extensive work carried out to create a top quality environment that provides comfortable accommodation for your pets to a 5 star standard. I have a team of fully trained staff to ensure the health and happiness of your pets during their stay.
We offer a unique kennel experience in that we have a no barking policy. We are the only kennels that I know of where customers can see their dogs in their kennels that are relaxed and stress free and are listening to music rather than frantic barking. Your dogs will also be sent home with a written report detailing whether they have enjoyed their holiday experience!

Very caring, nice atmosphere, £12.50 a day for our cat. Factor in that they charge per day, or part of a day, that the cat is in there, so a 3 night stay covers 4 days. Also, if you pick up a day early, because you came back early, you still pay for the day your cat wasn't there. But it's worth it, the premises is well looked after, cat rooms are nice e and big with lots of levels for them to scamper around, and they're cool even on hot days thanks to big sliding doors. Health considerations are good too, they are hot on checking vaccination certs. Very recommended.

We have used Harvesters Farm Kennels and Cattery multiple times for our 2 cats, unfortunately this September it was for just the 1 cat.
Pippa and her team are very caring and the cats have always been well looked after, even taking one of the cats to the vets for emergency abscess treatment some years ago.
We have used other establishments over the years and this is by far the best.

We really would not go back to this Kennel. The staff came across as rude upon dropping off our dog and upon pick up, you are also charged a whole days rate when you pick up in the morning (Due to the day, we were given only the option of picking up in the morning by the kennels). The room which our dog was put in was a cold stone room with nothing but a bed stuck in the corner, there was also an hole in the wall for the dog to get outside into a small pen area, but at night they are just left in the cold room to sleep with nothing covering the hole in the wall to the outside. We visited the kennels before we booked our Belgian Shepherd in for a stay. We found them spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our dog is very nervous and unpredictable and does not allow strangers to touch her, so we cannot leave her with friends, neighbours or the wider family. However, she trusts the staff at Harvesters Farm so much that she allows them to groom and bath her. She always comes back to us fit and healthy. We go on holiday confident that she is being well cared for.

Excellent - the care and attention shown to my two little dogs has been great. The dogs love their walks, the kennels are always spotless and comfortable with treats awaiting them. Staff have been great at giving my little elderly dog the extra care and medication she needs. Can really recommend Harvester Farm Kennels and wouldn't board my dogs anywhere else!.

Have used Harvesters Farm Kennels for my two dogs frequently and have been very pleased with the service. The dogs love the two walks a day and the treats they receive when returning to their 'room'. I love that they are bathed if their stay is longer than a week, that their quarters are clean and well maintained, that they are treated affectionately and that they are happy and contented.
