As a small establishment we believe that we have the time to get to know your dog or cat and give him the sort of attention that they appreciate. Our aim is to keep your pets as happy and healthy while you are away as they are at home, they are a member of your family and should be treated as such.
With staff on hand all day and night we aim to give each guest as much time and attention as possible whilst they are with us. We pride ourselves on our caring and attentive staff all of which are trained and very experienced in handling both dogs & cats. We are happy to give individual medication to your pet as prescribed.

Services
All dogs enjoy spacious heated indoor acommodation including raised sleeping areas with individual outdoor runs. Our canine acommodation is cleaned throughout the day and food & water is supplied in stainless steel bowls. We ensure our guests comfort by supplying sleeping baskets and professional veterinary fleece.
We aim to cater for all our guests likes and dislikes and supply a variety of quality foods, all prepared in hygienic conditions. Veterinary prescription diets must be provided by the owners. If we do not stock your chosen food owners are welcome to supply food at their own expense. Pets suffering from contagious or infectious conditions will not be accepted.

What a lovely place, my dogs have only stayed here a few times, but the people that work here are so genuine and kind they are happy to help and answer any questions for you and you always get an honest answer.
First and foremost the staff are actual animal lovers and you can see this from the off, it's not just when they are having their photos taken with pets for their websites or social media posts and their pay packet.
The price you are quoted includes their board, food (if you want it) play time, walking, sending you photos, and a lot of general love, care and attention. I would recommend

Me and my wife dropped our 2 cats off for 2 nights so we could get married. When dropping the cats off the team were amazing asking about any history and going over the booking form again to make sure the details were correct. Picked them up and once again very professional before I could ask what they were like there the staff told me all that they had been doing. Also they had been brushed though would highly recommend and would use them again if needed.

We were recommended bed & biscuit by another greyhound owner. Our dog Dylan stayed her from the 6th-8th august. This is the first time Dylan has stayed away from home so we were both nervous and anxious about his experience.
When we arrived to pick up him we noticed there was wet urine stains on his bedding. We went to speak to a member of staff who said she wasn’t sure when it had happened but thought it may have been that morning. We asked when he had last been out and we’re informed he went for a walk at 4.30pm the day before and then wasn’t take out again until the next morning around

Very professional from the outset. Lovely area for the cattery. Well appointed facilities for them.useful note-really on the ball with covid procedures. Really friendly staff. Prices are good too. These comments for the cattery part only but judging by the amount of comings and goings a really popular place all round.
