The Oakley Hotel for Cats is a family-run Cattery. Established in 1991 we have over 25 years experience and are well respected for the quality of our service and level of care we provide. As a result, the cattery has undergone some very positive changes, including a fantastic refurbishment which is ongoing due to new legislation to improve both the comfort and security of our residents.
Set in idyllic surroundings, the serene environment contributes to making your cat's stay a peaceful and relaxed experience. We have always found the Oakley Hotel for cats to be a safe and caring environment for our cats. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist with special dietary requests when needed.

Claire at Oakley Cattery looked after my Ginger cat for almost 5 months and helped with his relocation during lockdown. She was amazing and sent me updates and photos. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend the cattery! š My kitty had also boarded there many times over the 4 years we lived in Bromley and had the best care and love!

Lovely clean place where the cats are properly cared for. A bit confused by the negative reviews as me and my friend both had our cats her recently and our catties came back very happy. It was my first time leaving him anywhere so I was naturally nervous but I received updates & pics, putting my mind at rest. Thank you again for taking care of our fur baby, we will definitely be back!

I took a family members cat here, the cattery owner is very friendly and it feels very secure. I was not comfortable though with the lack of enrichment for the cats. There is no view for them other than other cats in pens. Cats are territorial and I think this will stress them out having no garden or view to look at. The owner was very knowledgeable remembering what the cats needs were and what they liked. She also said she could stay open later to let the owner pick up their cat out of hours.

Picked up our cat Mittens, who stayed for 3 weeks and he's come back looking very healthy and relaxed. You can tell they look after the cats really well and that they love the cats like their own. Thank you for also updating us by sending us pictures of him, these little things mean a lot too!
He's stayed in this cattery about 4 times now, usually for nearly a month while we are away and hes always come back very relaxed, happy and healthy! Would definitely recommend! Thanks :)

My cat has stayed at Oakley Hotel on many occasions and has been very well looked after each and every time. This is in spite of him being somewhat bad tempered and not easy to handle. The staff are caring and clearly love cats. They went the extra mile on Christmas Day a few years ago when my cat became really ill and they had to get him to an emergency vet. I never have to worry about him when we are away.
