Services
Located right by Arandene fields in Mill Hill, Waggingtons is the only Home from Home dog care service you will ever need. With more than 25 years of caring for dogs through rescue centres and other charitable animal welfare organisations, Tracie set up Waggingtons in 2005, one of the very first licensed and insured premises to exist in London.
Waggingtons offers a guided and safe environment for your beloved dog to spend the day, socialising with other dogs who have all been vetted, assessed and approved during a pre- arranged visit to our premises. With constant access to a large garden and the downstairs of the house, they have free range and comfort with sofas, dog beds, fresh water and constant supervision.
Waggingtons is unique - a home from home service, offering a safe and comfortable place for your beloved pooch to stay over. We do not have cages unless a puppy is required to be crated, in which case we can accommodate. With an abundance of sofas and dog beds, your dog can choose his place after a day of play, exercise and fun.
Based in Mill Hill, North West London, I run a home day-care and boarding service where I've been immersed for the last 30 years in dog behaviour, helping not only my own dogs, but those of clients. With sometimes just a few tweaks here and there, a little dog behaviour consultation can go a long way to transform an owners' experience of their dogs, improving the behaviours and enhancing the bond between them.
Interaction with people of different ages, including other Waggingtons clients' (including where possible, children of clients and according to owners instructions). Supervised handling of puppies is encouraged (with owners' permission), to enhance stability around strangers. Introduce them to a variety of dogs of different sizes, ages and breeds.

We are really lucky to have Waggingtons local to us, the help, advice , daycare , overnight care that Tracie & staff provide is second to none.
We started our pupp Ollie when he was 12 weeks. It’s such a great… place to socialise your pupp with other well behaved dogs & all in the comfort & safety of Tracie’s own home.
We also did a couple of 1-1 training sessions where Tracie came to our home. Her wealth of knowledge & advice was invaluable! She spent a couple of hours with us & as first time dog owners it was such a great start on how to move forward with

The Team at waggingtons have been a godsend, Queenie our pug started at around Three and a half months. I wanted her to be around other dogs , so she could not just play but learn dog etiquette . She was so nervous at first, but it didn’t take long before she was running through the doors. She is a much happier , confident puppy now . I highly recommend waggingtons, the best thing we did for Queenie.

Tracie and her amazing team are just wonderful. Not only do my dogs love them, so do I.
I was very nervous about handing over my fur babies to someone new but as soon as I stepped into Tracies amazing home; I knew this was the right place for them.

Tracie has been the guardian angel of our nervous rescue, and in only two sessions has helped immeasurably in terms of practical advice and hands on help with addressing our dogs reactivity to other dogs. The two consultations we’ve had so far have been very good value for money and Tracie did not waste a single minute of them.

Tracie has totally turned things around for my little Romanian rescue. Kaya used to be so nervous just leaving the house and was terrified of other dogs, but Tracie gave us all the right guidance to build her confidence (and my own!) and has been so kind, encouraging and supportive along the way. Kaya is now so happy on her walks, loves playing with other dogs and is ready for her daycare trial, which I never would have thought possible a couple of months ago. What a great discovery. From the minute we walked into Tracie’s home, I knew this was the place for puppy. Overcoming a dog phobia, Milo is our first pet and Tracie instantly sensed my anxiety around dogs and how this was impacting our puppy. After 3 sessions, Milo went from being terrified of other dogs to running straight to the door confidently knowing a full day of play was in store for him. Tracie and her team genuinely loves all the dogs they care and it really is home from home for Milo.

I am a first time Dog Owner & bought my first pup at 8 weeks old, After my first week it was apparent that I need help , My Niece recommended me to Waggingtons, Since then I have not looked back, my cockapoo pup looks forward to her weekly visits as she is enjoying her time socialising with other Pups & Dogs, Tracie has trained and nurtured my… little Cockapoo Pup, She is now 4moths old and is the most confident and well trained pup anyone could ever wish for, I am now able to take her for walks where she socialises with all Dogs Big and Small, I am constantly being complemented

Our two Irish setter boys are always happy to stay with Tracie and we have the peace of mind that we're leaving them in great hands. Tracie is very knowledgeable and has a reassuring calmness about her. She's always happy to provide updates with photos and videos so you can see how much fun the dogs are having, and no special request is ever a problem. I can't recommend Waggingtons highly enough!

Tracie is absolutely amazing with dogs!!! I’ve had no joy letting my dog off lead as she prefers to sniff than come back for treats. In one private session, Tracie had bailey off the lead for a whole hour! She explained everything so clearly and was happy to answer any questions. Tracie is so experienced, understands the behavior of dogs making it the most valuable lesson for any owner. 1 day later, I had the confidence to take her off lead in the park and she was excellent. Tracie gave me the knowledge and confidence to know what to do. Would recommend her to anyone that needs any type of dog

It’s great to know during these difficult times that you can still rely on Waggingtons to be there to look after your dog. Tracie is such a star with her knowledge, skill and long experience in providing exceptional quality care for dogs. My little one loves all the attention he gets there and being able to have exercise in the local green space… as well as all the socialisation at Waggingtons. As he knows most of the dogs that go there it’s lovely to feel that he can be with friends even if I can’t. And it’s a perfect backup for key workers who may be working long

All 3 of my dogs love going to Tracie at Waggingtons. They love their walks, the attention, having fun with the other dogs, and generally have such a good time - they don’t want to leave at the end of the day! I took my two pups to Tracie to help them socialise with other dogs and generally improve their behaviour around new dogs and people - in just a couple of days there they came home more confident and are calmer around new dogs now. Tracie’s pack offer them the perfect environment for socialising and also working on their interaction with other dogs in a controlled environment. I feel

Every morning my dog can't wait to get through Waggingtons' front door and every afternoon I have to drag him away! Tracie and her staff are real dog experts and I know he is well looked after. The dogs have 2… good walks a day and free play with their pals for much of the remainder (with some rest time too). By the time I've walked him home Toby is ready to snooze the evening away by my side.

My dog has been going to Waggingtons since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it there. Not only is it very fun for him (lots of attention from Tracie and the staff, fun walks, toys, treats and friendly dogs to play with) but he has learnt dog etiquette and has been very good for his socialisation skills. We know that he is in safe hands there and Tracie and her staff are attentive and love the dogs there as their own. He has also boarded at Waggingtons a few times and has been very well looked after. Can’t recommend Waggingtons enough ❤️
