Look Who's Walking is a business idea and a dream that I have had for a long time. My love for animals and the outdoors is shared by my partner, James Bennett, Owner and Head Veterinary Surgeon at Wolfe Vets Chiswick and has drawn us both towards making this idea a reality. Firstly, a little bit about me.
Cats love their home, their territory, and their manor. All of our cats have their favourite places in our home. You can almost sense their blood pressure drop as they sink into the corner of the sofa or lounge over the hot pipe under the wooden floorboard. This is why they don't like catteries, they don't like change - your holiday is not a holiday for them if they are boxed and shipped away.
Dogs live their lives on their feet. They naturally run in packs, investigating the world through their noses in constant pursuit of satisfaction for their bellies. We love our pet dogs and can easily give them enough food, but do we have enough time to replicate the foot pounding they do in the wild?
When you are away on holiday, you want to be certain that your dog will be well looked after. We humans go on holiday to relax into a more natural rhythm and now you can do the same for your dog. Your dog can have a Look Who's Walking holiday! Gone are the days when their holiday meant 23 hours a day in a cage, then just two half-hour spells in the dog run.
All pets are special but some need that bit of extra care.
