Welcome to Denise Wellington Funeral Services, an Independent, family owned, funeral directors in Bude, Cornwall. Both Denise and Daryl Wellington were born in Bude, went to school in Bude and have been involved with the Community of Bude and surrounding areas in many ways throughout our lives. During this time, we have become well known and trusted members of our local community.

Services
When a loved one dies it can be an emotionally distressing time and potentially overwhelming should the responsibility fall on you or someone close to you to carry out their final wishes. We can help you through this difficult time, offering caring support and advice on things you may need to think about when arranging their funeral.
When arranging the funeral for your loved one, we can agree a suitable date and time to meet you either in the comfort of your own home, or at our funeral home on the outskirts of Bude that will offer you, your family or friends some tranquillity and a sense of calm. We create a natural and comforting environment, and are passionate about caring for you and your family during the most difficult of times.
We fully appreciate that choosing a funeral director will be based on many different factors, including price. Whilst it is very important to feel comfortable and warm to those who will be looking after your loved one, it is also important that the many charges and fees are made clear to you in an honest and transparent way throughout the funeral arrangement process.
A Prepaid Funeral Plan can provide you with peace of mind and enables you to prearrange, and pay for your own funeral, protecting your family and friends from expense, worry and uncertainty at a difficult time. The cost of a funeral has been rising year on year, that is why it is more important than ever to plan ahead and prepare for the future.
A memorial can provide a meaningful and lasting tribute to your loved one and commemorates their life by personalising their final resting place. Headstones and plaques are put in place to provide a focal point where family and friends are able to pay their respects and reflect on the memories they have of their loved one.

Denise - you and your team have provided an excellent, very professional and supportive service to me, following the death of my husband, guiding me through the process and funeral arrangements with love, kindness, care and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble. I have really appreciated your care and support, especially on the day of the funeral. Thank you so much. GS
