With more than 50 live fires and more than 70 displays in our showroom, there is something to suit everyone's taste. All under one roof, our highly-trained sales staff will listen to your requirements and help you make an informed decision. A member of our experienced team will visit to take measurements and see the detail required for your fitting.
This installation involved a client renovating the lounge after moving into their new home. The clients were looking to remove the previous gas fire that had been condemned and wanted a new, more modern looking fire to go with what they were looking to do with the room. We removed their existing fireplace and cast.

A great showroom with people who knew what they were talking about, and took the time with us to ensure we made the right choice. Nicola was especially helpful. Delivery was not an issue, but getting the fitters took time, but that's par for the course nowadays. It was fitted this week and the two guys were great and have made a great job of the fitting. The fire looks fantastic and gives a real focal point to the room.

Well what a wonderful company, all staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are there for advice but leave you to browse their showroom without the 'hard sell. Instead of my old, dated, coal effect gas fire, I now have a beautiful inset fire. The whole process from chosing the fire to fitting went like a dream. Their fitters did the whole job (including plastering) which meant no need for different tradesmen. It took one day to prepare (knock out the old fire) and one day to fit (including plastering).
I'm now just waiting for the plaster to dry before painting. I cannot recommend the Fireplace

We found the Fireplace Gallery very helpful and totally professional from start to finish. In the showroom Alice spent some considerable time with us on a few occasions showing us fires and fireplaces which fitted our requirements. From this we were able to narrow down on our choices. There was never any pressure to buy but we felt confident that the advice given was sound. After the order was placed, a fitting date was arranged which was not to far into the future.The fitters were excellent. We did have an issue with a manufacturers fault which the fitters spotted which delayed our fitting by

As part of our bungalow extension and refurbishment project which has been ongoing for the last two years (Covid, delays etc.), we chose to have a Dru Maestro 105/3 installed as a feature central fire. We had visited The Fireplace Gallery on a few occasions previously in connection with an earlier project and had always found everyone there most helpful and interested. As a result, and also after doing our own on-line research, we finally placed an order and fairly early in our scheme, Ian came to install the fire. We wanted a log burner, but had no idea of what we wanted. Alice helped us through the whole process and was extremely helpful. We had a very old big stone fireplace which the guys efficiently removed for us. then today a wide inset log burner was fitted. it's fabulous, the guys did a brilliant job, we highly recommend the fireplace gallery. although we won't be using the log burner till the autumn it does look amazing and I'm sure it will work efficiently too. thankyou everyone involved.

Chris and his team are extremely helpful and often go the extra mile for their customers. The fitting team were also great, very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm really happy with my log burner and also with the decorative oak beam I since got for the kitchen too. A brilliant service and great products. Showroom staff very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing our gas stove. The installation engineers were also very polite and friendly and cleaned up when the job was finished. Now that the fire is installed we are very pleased with the standard of fitting, appearance and operation. The only problem we had was after waiting for a month… from the date of order, the installers arrived with the wrong fire. However, they came back and fitted the correct one within a couple of days. Also on receiving the final invoice the company forgot to reimburse my survey fee. So, two things
