Services
Zen2yoga opened in 2017. It was created by Chris & Nabila after they both studied Yoga and found it difficult to access Yoga locally. Over the last year, Zen2yaga has expanded to create a second studio - Zen2fit - offering high quality fitness classes. Our range of highly qualified teachers bring a vast knowledge of Yoga & Fitness.
As a Yoga Teacher, Chris initially trained under the guidance of Jayne Nicholls & Di Leek in Manchester before studying under Yogi Chandrakant for a month in Rishikesh (the home of Yoga). This was the culmination of an interest in yoga dating back to his teenage years when Chris's mum practiced. Chris teaches all types of yoga and has a calming & relaxing energy that brings peacefulness to all who practice with him.
Hannah Dickson is now offering PT sessions to help you meet your training goals over the lockdown. She will guide you in fitness and nutrition. I started in fitness in 2014 as an eager participant attending Body Pump with Chris & Nabila. As a PT, I have worked with a number of clients helping them to further develop their fitness and loose weight.
To Book a class you will need to set-up your Mywellness Account. Once you have set this up, please download the Mywellness App from Apple or Android store. You can then sign in and book classes within the App. If you already have a Mywellness Account, please let us know and we will add your to our system.
BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own. The Kettlebell class is just that, a workout run with Kettlebells and body weight exercises in a small class setting.

Highly recommend zen2yoga!! Over the years, I've never consistently exercised, excuses always took over. However I've been going to zen2yoga for over a year now and I absolutely love it! Both Nabila and Chris are welcoming and really help motivate me. My overall mental and physical health has improved significantly. I can't rate them enough!

I have been doing yoga for many years and have tried many different yoga studios and instructors. Zen2yoga offer a wide range of yoga classes to suit everyone. The studio and teachers are first class. If you are looking for an authentic yoga practice, with knowledgeable teachers, who help to inspire—then I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I went along for the first time and the instructor didn't even introduce himself went straight to a back room to finish his phone call. I had to ask other class members what to do. Other class members where quite rude ! Its very clicky and very oap tea room. I also felt the teacher was quite inappropriate made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm not by any means an over sensitive person but wow I was quite taken aback by the touching and placements. I go to a lot of fitness classes where teachers have to touch you to better you stance but not like this! Wont be back don't recomend .
