Avoid like a plague. Says one price but on their website it is different price (cheaper). They are a complete rip-off. You can definitely find better price and service elsewhere.

Very small knowledge of bikes. The service was very basic and instead of re-greasing the chain he just sprayed some wd-40 on it and charged 15 pounds for the whole service i.e checking cables and spraying wd-40

I was quite impressed with the service. Took my daughters bike for servicing. Checked the bike and explained all that needed to be done.
Even changed the gear adjuster on the handle.

Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. If in doubt, read the other one star reviews. It's a singular person that runs this shop, lacks basic bike repair knowledge and he is the definition of a fraud. Someone who practices questionable business ethics. Taking advantage of cyclists, I wish I could report this somewhere.

Yesterday I was going in the shop to have a few questions to fix my BMX bike. The employee was on the phone for at least 10 minutes. Really bad costumer service.
When i asked for a new chain and 1 brake to put on my bike the price is very very high and unbelieveable! Worst experience I ever had!

Very basic level of service knowledge at this shop. Have been on 3 occasion, once was for a full service and it was evident that they didn't do a lot of the things advertised under the full service list. I also needed help with installing some very common piece of kit for a mountain bike and was advised to return the part (despite another shop thereafter fitting it with no problem is less than 10 minutes.
This shop is probably okay for the most basic level of service/ repair but i would advise to use a better place for anything else

Stay away from this place. They took £50 to service my bike only to do nothing more than a safety check and tell me that is what a general service is. Do your research and you can see that for that same fee the service that even Halfords offers is significantly more comprehensive. From reading the other reviews this level of service is to be expected at this place. I clearly should have done more research. The positive reviews seem to have a common pattern and timing which makes me question their authenticity.

This shop is the perfect example of crook, incompetence and arrogance.
The inside bloke think he is genius but have no idea what he's talking about.
If you want your bike fixed or serviced go anywhere ese but there.
In any case, stay away from that place!

Yesterday I have been in Edgware Cycle Shop.
I am pretty much confident in Bikes parts as I built my own bikes.
I met Ali in the shop and I would like to say a massive thank you for the service I received.
He did the easy service without asking for money ( front wheel cones adjustment ) and the wheel is now absolutely perfect.
I think they know what to do on bikes and the customer service was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic service
Ps: I have been in a couple of other stores in same area and they tried to charge me 50£ claiming the bearings are old and need to be replaced ( hand made wheel

Over priced Parts.. They charged me £20 for just Puncture tyre. £15 for inner tube and £5 for service. While in Evans Cycling they just going to charge you £12.. a branded inner tube that cost £6.99 and service of £5.
