Thanks to Archie and Alex for helping me find the perfect beginner’s mountain bike. I absolutely love it - Liv Tempt 2. Plus, I was not convinced that the medium was the right size for me, but they were both spot on. Service was great, the bike is amazing quality and took me off trail through a wood and over roots and bumps with ease. Thanks.

Cannot recommend Giant (specifically the store in Radlett) enough. I called them and asked about tyres and whether my bike would support 28s, they said yes and I ordered them on ChainReaction because it was cheaper. Then, when they didn’t fit (actually my fault because the 2018/19 version of the bike would fit the tyres) and ChainReaction wouldn’t take them back because they’d been opened, Giant offered to swap them for the 25 versions for me for free (and gave me new inner tubes for them too). Excellent customer services as always.
