Our names are Louise and Amir Eilon. We came into this business when our daughter went to university: we bought a property which she and her friends rented because we were appalled by the standard of some of the properties on offer. Since then our portfolio has grown but we try to ensure the standards are such that we would be happy for our own son or daughter to be a tenant.
We are based in London but we have Property Managers in Manchester who visit the properties regularly and they are our tenants' first point of contact when/if something goes wrong with the property. All tenants also have our direct contact details.

Services
Please look through the properties we have for letting and choose one (or a few) that you may like to rent. Our properties are let to a group so be sure that you have decided who you will be living with and that all members of the group are happy with the choice. By law all deposits taken must be protected. We have elected to us the scheme provided by mydeposits.co.uk. As a group, the deposit is protected under one name although all the tenants' names are registered at the time we protect the deposit. This name will be the group leader and it is important that his/her home (holiday) address is accurate as all correspondence will go to that address after the end of the tenancy.
