I’ve been going to Juliette for 3 months now for personal training sessions. Having never done any regular excercise before and having never really paid attention to what I’m eating, I was a complete beginner to fitness and dieting before I started with Juliette. I thoroughly enjoy what Juliette has in store for me each week as sessions are always varied. As I work awkward hours, Juliette is able to give me fitness plans which I can complete at home around my job, and eating plans which not only have taught me a lot of new recipes, but are also easy to cook around my job and are very healthy
