Hypnotherapy is a powerful treatment capable of bringing about permanent positive changes in your life. At Almora you can rely on my personal attention as a trained practitioner. My approach is an uncomplicated focus on getting the results that you want. Treatment may take place in my therapy room located in Holloway, near Matlock, or alternatively some conditions can be treated via telephone sessions if preferred.

I look forward to helping you. I am fully insured, have a Basic Disclosure Certificate, and am bound by a strict code of professional ethics as a registered member of professional bodies. Many debilitating problems, fears and addictions arise from underlying feelings of anxiety which haunt and needlessly restrict you.

What do you want to change? A huge part of my reward from being a hypnotherapy practitioner is the opportunity to see people able to make changes, to experience the joy of living the life they really want. So, it's just as important to me that we agree realistic results from the start and set about achieving the changes you expect.
I have a practical and down to earth approach to treatment. My aim from the start is to provide you with help to overcome whatever problem is stopping you from doing what you want to do. Together we will identify the exact nature of your difficulty or worry and we can then immediately begin to reduce its ability to disrupt or restrict your potential.
Treatment may take place in the therapy room (as shown below), or alternatively some conditions may be treated via telephone sessions if preferred. Our initial meeting will be a free 30 minute face to face consultation where we discuss what you'd like to work on and how hypnotherapy can help. There is absolutely no obligation for you to book sessions after this assessment.
