I believe in what I do because it saved my life. I struggled with anorexia for over three years, and it was through Cognitive Hypnotherapy that I got better. I truly believe that without it, I wouldn't be here today.
Once I recovered, and after spending a year travelling through Australia and New Zealand, I was inspired to help others in the way that I had been helped, and so I made the decision to train with the man who helped me to get better - Trevor Silvester of the internationally acclaimed Quest Institute at Regents University in London.

As well as seeing clients at my practices in both Stafford and Harley Street, a large proportion of my time is spent writing, which (alongside helping people and photography) is another one of my passions.
My blog covers all sorts of things, including the latest developments in the field of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Coaching, positive inspirational quotes, useful websites I've discovered, and anything else that might grab my (and hopefully your) interest. It's also my own form of personal therapy, so there are lots of posts about my own journey through life.

I've been working as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist for over eleven years, and during that time my practice has inevitably changed and evolved as my experience and expertise has grown. I first began seeing clients in a tiny, hired room at the back of a bustling health food shop in my town. After establishing my client base and finding myself getting busier, I converted a room in my home into a therapy room/office and transferred my practice there.
