I'm am a person-centred NLP integrative hypnotherapist, psychologist, coach and public speaker. I'm a regular contributor to news articles and magazines. As a child I suffered a traumatic event which left me feeling unable to cope. I experienced low self confidence, depression and fears and anxieties for many years.
