I came to Emily when I had some nasty pain and stiffness in one of my shoulder tendons. She expertly discussed everything going on with me and knew exactly what the problem was and was honest about how much time and effort I might need to invest with treatment. Without Emily, I wouldn't have been able to understand what was going on with my shoulder, or how to fix it as nothing was working before I came to see her! I can't recommend her highly enough, and we've now got to a great stage where everything is working and I am finally pain-free! Thank you <3

Emily is my go-to osteopath, I have been seeing her for a few years now with sports injuries or muscular pain. She is a very good listener and always explains clearly about what the issue is and what I need to do. And her treatments really work. I got a calf injury recently and Emily arranged to see me really quickly to assess my injury and advise me;I am reassured now that I'm on the path to recovery with Emily's expert input.

Just over a year ago I discovered Walking Football (WF) and a new lease on life beyond the couch. Last December, herniated discs and sciatica struck, and after two months of ineffective physiotherapy my WF days were all but over.
And then I came across Emily!
I have now been pain free and playing WF again for 3 months. And I owe it all to her professionalism, her caring and her gentle personality.

Emily was recommended by a local physio after I had back surgery. I had had horrific hip pain following the surgery together with nerve damage - it was a very low time. Emily was positive from the outset that these problems could be resolved and after just two treatments I noticed a huge difference. I could stand for more than ten minutes without feeling the need to lean on something. I now see Emily every four to six weeks and have been mainly pain free for two years. Emily is such a kind sympathetic person who is so reassuring - I recommend her services to anyone with joint problems

Emily helped with a recurring rowing injury. As an ex rower she knew how it felt and persisted with various techniques until it was heeled. She used acupuncture and it’s the only time I’ve had this and truly felt the benefits. Although slight to look at, shes strong and capable of some impressively powerful manoeuvres that give instant relief. I thoroughly recommend her for sports injuries.
