A screw came loose from the arm of my glasses, so I popped in to Paul Westley's to see if they could tighten it. It turned out to be more complicated than I thought, but Paul explained the problem then fixed it before I could say a word.

If you go here you will never need to go to another opticians. Lovely people, brilliant service, massive range of 'wow' frames. Sure it costs a little more but you get what you pay for, and you really get the best here. Perfect, thank you Paul and Rebecca. Great for the kids too so we all come here now!
