As someone that prefers to support independent stores this was ideal, no big chain, no rush to get you in and out. That made me choose them for my first eye test in 25 years
A thorough eye exam using the latest modern equipment and then a more traditional one to double check everything matched up.
Friendly courteous team that really look after you, they help guide you through options, no hard sell, and glasses to meet every budget.
I then received my glasses for reading within 2 days.
Will certainly be using them again.

After years at high street opticians our move to Fairford prompted a change to the local opticians and wow, what a difference!
The examination was undertaken throughly, it was explained throughout and not rushed. I felt confident in the results of my daughters examination and the care she was given.
I would thoroughly recommend Fairford opticians and will using them for our families eye care in future.

The best, nicest, most caring and thorough eye test I've had in 40 years.
Explained everything, not in a patronising way (I knew most of it) but just so I understood what was going on and even how the equipment actually worked. For the first time ever I learned what the red/green circles were all about!
Highly recommended and I'm pleased to have found the optician to take me through the next 40 years!!
