An absolutely amazing service, among the best I've experienced with any business.
I urgently needed glasses, and they managed to have them within 24 hours. To do so, after testing my eyes, they personally went to the facility to drop my frame, then went back in between clients to pick them up for me.

I really enjoyed my experience with Harper and Cooper, from the effortless online booking system, the thorough consultation and the friendly help choosing frames. Had a fantastic experience at Harper and Cooper! The appointment was easy to make online and their availability was convenient. I sent my previous prescription ahead of time so that I could receive trial contacts on the day! When I entered I was offered a hot drink and didn’t need to wait for my appointment. The optician took great care to listen to my concerns and understand what I was looking for. As I was trying contacts for the first time, we practiced each step, at my own pace, until I felt comfortable and confident. I also needed a new prescription. Not only did they have contacts available

When I first realised I would have to start wearing glasses I was incredibly overwhelmed with nerves. I was fortunate enough that have a friend recommend me to this wonderful opticians. Katie made me feel so supported and transformed this into such a positive experience for me. I feel so confident wearing my new glasses and almost deem them as an accessory! I have also met the lovely owners of this shop and they both went out of their way to ensure my glasses were perfect, I am so grateful. I will be happily returning to Harper and Cooper!
