We had stayed here last year and obviously like the hotel as we were set to return this week. Due to flight cancellations due to Covid19 we cannot go to London right now. I cannot reccomend this hotel due to their lack of customer service and their refusal to amend our non refundable room to another date or even give a partial credit note. Rather disappointing seeing as we were a returning guest.

ZERO STARS. APPALAING.
I had originally booked on non-refundable.
I did not travel because of Covid-19.
I asked for a change of date.
They REFUSED :
a) they said I needed a Doctor's note as reason for not arriving
b) they said they were still open so it was purely my fault for not arriving
I've lost ALL my money.

This hotel is everything I hoped it would be for my short trip to London. I required something cheap and close to Kings Cross station for an overnight trip.
The room was newly refurbished, modern, clean, and comfortable. Yes, it was small but that is exactly what I would expect for this price in this location. This is not a luxury hotel but it is more the
than adequate for a short stay.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Recently renovated rooms, but they should've paid more attention to insulation when they carried out the works. You can hear everything happening outside, or in adjacent rooms, as if it happens right next to your bed. A shame, otherwise this would've easily gotten 5 stars (and if you're a sound sleeper, or have good ear plugs, it still is, as rooms are clean, and the location is excellent).

Honestly loved it, but...
It would have been great if I couldn't have heard the room next to me as if they were in my room at night. I still managed to sleep and everything else was great.
£60 for a Sunday night. I will come back if the price stays the same. I stay in London regularly so it will be good to see it again

Great place to stay. Rooms are small but totally adequate for a traveler's needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient for public transportation and plenty of nearby food choices - local and chains. Great value.

Great value for the price. Welcoming staff, cozy, and incredibly clean. Bottles of still and sparkling water in the room were a nice touch. I was able to store my bag there before check-in and after check-out. The room and bathroom are admittedly small, but as someone who has spent time in Tokyo and Hong Kong, this was a non-issue for me. I would recommend this hotel for travellers who are compact in size and in luggage.

Great value. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are clean, and the beds are adequate. What's the catch? The rooms are indeed glorified shoeboxes. But if you don't mind giving up space to get money, it is worth it. Compares favourably to the similar value chain Ibis in France.
