Overall fantastic hotel for the price we paid will definitely be coming back the Ultra 4K HD TV was fantastic. Our room was nice and we got a eccentric view of London. Great ventilation and plenty of plug sockets accustomed with beautiful wall art. The refreshments were lovely and provided for free.

No WiFi!
Toilets and bathroom is not inside in the room!
Central location however the room has a very old disain but it was clean, friendly staff members, no parking, shared toilets and bathroom.
Location is the key factor here. Price is friendly on Christmas in London Central room for 30£/day (price in 2021), no hidden fee.

If I could give this place no stars I would, when you go in the staff are very rude and always seem too busy to talk with you. When we got to our room (that had a key and lock that had to be handed in everytime you left the hotel, not a swipe) it was dirty it looked like it had never been cleaned, there was dust everywhere, marks all over the mirror, the sink had stains in it. To top it off for 2 of us we got one big towel and a hand towel. In further inspection there were things that didn't belong to me under the bed, only one electricity plug hole and no bin in the room. In saying all this the

My one star review is not based on the kindness of the reception.
Actually I had no problem with them once they clearly asked me if I stayed at the hotel previously and made it clear that NO rooms had private toilet.
My one star reviewed is directly expressed to the manager that was very rude to the booking agent at the phone and that clearly stated that it was not his problem if I lost my money prepaying for a 5 days stay.

I'm only give 1 star because the staff were friendly. I am shocked they advertise on booking.com as have ensuite bathroom, this is not the case. They also told me when I checked in that the bathrooms that are communal are only cleaned once a day! During a pandemic only cleaning once a day has shocked me to say the least!!! On the subject of cleanliness do not use the linen, I had to ask for new sheets as there was blood all over the sheets, the floor definitely hadn't been hoovered and the window was broken and didn't shut. But hey there was running water, working radiators and a bed... I will happily

Staff very friendly and helpful but the building needs a refurbishment. Was inexpensive but I was a little shocked at the state of my room, was clean enough but curtains, carpet and fittings in dire need of a makeover. Bedding and towels all pristine apart from the blanket which was almost threadbare and there was a smell in the room that I couldn't get rid of. Won't stay again despite low rates, shame because it has potential as a budget hotel.

Absolutely remarkable. This hotel has got it all. Wildlife flying around in the hallways, antique electronics, windows with safety features... every room even comes with a light that works (most of the time)! And to top it all off, the Sidemen stayed there! If they were willing to stay there, who wouldn’t? 5 out of 5 for me.
