Fraudulent!
Do not use this company!
we tried to book a hotel stay through woucher. And they have taken over £160 from my partner's account. Dispite the fact that booking was never completed as we only bought one voucher. (2 vouchers are needed to be purchased to complete the booking).
They are now not responding to emails. Even after woucher has requested them to refund us.
We'll now be taking this higher up.

I've been waiting for a response to my booking since the 19th of December, sent several emails which are never replied to. Don't know why they bother having a phone number as the automated system just sends you around in circle's and tells you to email them. Absolutely disgusting service and seem to be just ripping people off left, right and centre. Do not use this company

Terrible business - they do not respond to emails when they say they will. It took my partner complaining to wowcher to finally get her booking made.
The experience she booked was a hotel stay with tickets to Hamilton for 3 people - she has received her tickets today and they are only for 2 people with only 3 days to go until the show and omghotels not working for the next 2 days (and them not responding to emails when they are "working" anyway) this is likely not going to be resolved.
A very stressful experience trying to book something which is supposed to be enjoyable. would NOT recommend

Booked Tina musical experience through Wowcher.
You have to redeem your wowcher to try and book the experience which you have to give a choice of dates for. They are then meant to get back to you with the booked date etc.
No response, chased a couple of times, tried phoning but their phone system took me aroundin circles, no response.
Ended up chatting to wowcher who said omg had email issues so try again. Did so and got a reply, a couple of email exchanges then nothing. Chased and chased wowcher.

Tried to get in touch with OMGhotels and sent several emails which said they would be in touch within 5 working days - No reply. I had to cancel my trip due to fears around covid-19 and travel issues with the trains - I couldn't do this as they didn't respond - I have lost a lot of money. I just wanted to reschedule. I won't be using this company again, although I did think I was dealing with wowcher - pass the buck.

Most of the same as the below reviews. Waited two and a half weeks for one response, for then to be ignored for a further week and a half. Got my money back in the end after chasing Paypal. Still no response or apology even now, and the first excuse was my emails were going into their spam folder, even when I had a reply before that! Usually not one to complain during these unprecedented times, but the amount of stress this loaded on me was unbelievable considering my partner and I saved up money for that trip and now we wasted all of Christmas because no one would just phone me to discuss the

DISGUSTING customer service!!
Booked a weekend away for my birthday, along with a show over 4 weeks ago, the weekend came and went and still no show of our confirmation of tickets or hotel!
Emailed over 10 times, messaged through Facebook, contacted directly with no response what so ever! You can’t get through to speak to anyone when you contact directly, just a automated voice recording!!!!
We payed £438 upfront and didn’t even receive the confirmation of our weekend in time!!
Caused Nothing but stress!!
We had to pay on top to book another hotel and another show just to go away for

Booked a deal through Wowcher for a hotel and West End show for my wife's birthday and the service really couldn't have been worse.
Firstly they gave me no choice of hotel, even though the deal advertised said I had a choice and I was even given a list to choose from. Secondly the hotel they decided to allocate me was totally unsuitable, it was pretty much the furthest one away from the theatre possible meaning it was almost pointless staying there as it was just as quick to travel from my home! This hotel also had very poor reviews online, not what I wanted when I had paid extra for a 4 star

The booking system went smoothly. We were booked into a nice hotel with lovely staff and a great breakfast.
My only criticism would be you are told to expect an email with the voucher to present to the hotel. This email did not arrive until the day before I was booked, which I felt was too late - I was panicking a bit!!
