I'd rather sleep in a tent. This place was deplorable. We only stayed a night but really contemplated leaving to go to a hostel. The room was small with a soiled comforter. We opened the door to the bathroom and it smelt horrible, I can't even describe it, maybe mildew and body odors. The shower curtain had dried white...substances we had no idea what they were. We were given two towels only and had to return the key in every time we left our room...not checked out, literally every time we left the building we had to leave our belongings in our room and give the key back. Positive aspects:
- very close to King's Cross and St Pancras stations;
- breakfast included (buffet);
- double, triple and family rooms with private bathroom for people who don't want to sleep in a dorm
Negative aspects:
- very, very small rooms (around 10 m2 for 3 beds)
- rooms not perfectly clean (dirty walls, stained blankets, hair on the floor...)
- when we arrived, our room wasn't ready. Ok, no problem, we arrived early. The reception guy said we could leave our luggage with him. Ok, no problem, thank you. But when we came back in the evening, our luggage were waiting for
