Hot Yoga Hastings
Our delightful home studio is heated to an ambient temperature of 30 degrees by infra red glow lamps. This improves circulation, muscular skeletal function and leads to enhanced focus and positive energy. As your baby grows and your body changes, yoga provides an holistic framework to support you through this process.

It also enhances a woman's emotional, psychic and physical experience of. Mum and Baby Yoga & Pilates classes are designed to be gentle, strengthening, supportive and healing for the Mum's as well as being interactive and fun for the little ones. I loved the Mum and Baby Yoga sessions and have brought my daughter Elsie for Cranial Therapy with Leo.

I've taken both online and face to face classes here and every class has been excellent. The instructors are very experienced and if you have any injuries, they really listen to you and help you adapt your practice.
I highly recommend Hot Yoga Hastings.

I'm a total beginner but found this great! Now going to make this a regular slot in my diary. Loved this experience. Felt comfortable and well looked after. I can highly recommend this to anyone of any age. I wish I had started ages ago as I have physical issues and I felt the benefits after just one session.

We have been coming to classes for almost a year and have seen a huge improvement in our strength, flexibility and balance. Leo and Lisa’s classes are challenging and fun and you work to your own ability as different level options are always given. Leo has also helped me with my non-yoga related injuries using laser therapy. Love this place!
