Went well at first. Dated place but relaxing. Good value.
Disappointed that I had no hot water in the morning and had to go to a meeting with a client covered in last night's swear from the gym....
Disappointed that no reduction in the room rate was offered...
I had to Google methods of getting a shower when 100 miles from home at 8:00 in the morning.... Not ideal.
It's a shame but might go back but not sure I trust the hot water system.
Food was home cooked, cheap and fresh.

A favourite place to visit and a super base from which to explore the Peak DIstrict. Andy, Annette and the team provide a super service and take great pride in what they do. The home made food on site is first rate. I look forward to my next stay.
